How to get your Sudan embassy visa

  1. Find the nearest embassy or consulate that covers your country of residence.
  2. Book an appointment and prepare the form, photos, invitation or hotel booking and proof of funds.
  3. Apply at least 4 to 6 weeks before travel. Processing times vary widely.

Most African countries treat all EU passports the same way, but some do not (Mozambique and Rwanda, for example). This page uses the rule for Poland.

Yellow fever. A yellow fever certificate is required if you arrive from, or have transited through, a country with yellow fever risk.

Malaria. Malaria is present across most of the country. Ask a travel clinic about antimalarial tablets.

Book a travel clinic visit 6 to 8 weeks before departure. Some vaccines, including yellow fever, must be given at least 10 days before you arrive.
