How to get your Comoros visa on arrival

1. To skip the queue, apply online in advance on the official government portal where available.
2. Otherwise, buy the visa at the airport on arrival, ideally with cash in US dollars or euros.
3. Keep your return ticket and accommodation details ready for the immigration desk.

Health requirements

Yellow fever. No yellow fever certificate is required.

Malaria. Malaria is present across most of the country. Ask a travel clinic about antimalarial tablets.

Book a travel clinic visit 6 to 8 weeks before departure. Some vaccines, including yellow fever, must be given at least 10 days before you arrive.
