Bemba is a social bookmarking network that is all about enjoying the Web together with your friends. You can use Bemba at home, at work or any other place. But wherever you decide to use Bemba, please do so with respect, so you can keep enjoying our service for a long time.


Think Before You Click

Please choose the content you post on the Bemba Website or share with your friends carefully. Bemba reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate (legal) action against anyone who violates this Community Policy. Unacceptable content may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Content that is illegal or depicts criminal or tortuous activities like child pornography, harassment, stalking, etc.;
  • Content that contains pornography or links to mature (over 18 only) websites or is sexually explicit;
  • Content showing violence or promoting racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
  • Content containing hate speech to attack or demean a particular group or individual;
  • Content that may violate the Bemba Terms & Conditions.

Please live up to this policy at all times to ensure that you and other users can continue to enjoy the Web together.


Inappropriate Content

Bemba users may flag content and profiles as inappropriate. We will review any content that is flagged as inappropriate and if we agree that it is, we will mark it to be for private use only and send the owner a warning message. Should you receive such a warning, we urge you to take it very seriously. Bemba can remove your account at any time and will not ever again accept you as a Bemba Member. If the content is not inappropriate, Bemba will leave it as it is and will inform the reporter of its decision.

Only flag content and profiles which you really find inappropriate or have offended you. If you abuse flagging, Bemba may take action against you. We can take away your right to flag content and profiles or even ban you from Bemba.

The sole purpose of Bemba is to help you discover and enjoy the Web with your friends and others. You and all the other Bemba users make Bemba what it is.

It may happen that you discover something you don't like. If it doesn't violate this policy, consider looking somewhere else. There’s a lot to discover.

We're sure that all our users like to receive a compliment now and then. So please send feedback to other users when you like their content. It makes the Bemba experience more fun and is a great way to meet new friends.
